Longhorn Diaries - Diary Number 11!

On this edition of Longhorn Diaries, we have a special guest, Les with Pillar To Post Edmonton Home Inspection, discussing the top 3 things Les looks for while preforming a home inspection.

1. Grading

When inspecting a house we look for good drainage, a good slope away from the home for the water to run away from the house.

2. Attic Insulation

We take a look in the attic to ensure there is a good even coverage of insulation and that all exhaust ducts are insulated, as well as no damage or leaks.

3. Water Damage

We check for water stains below the water facilities or on any walls around the basement. If there is any water damage ensure it is taken care of.
